Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) govern the principles of using the online store www.off-sense.com, available at the URL www.off-sense.com, run by Stanisław Niewiadomski, with its registered office in Stoczek-Kolonia 6A, 21-025 Niemce, the company Stanisław Niewiadomski registered in CEIDG, NIP: 7133117041, REGON: 521005965, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.
1.2. The Regulations are addressed to Consumers and specify the principles of concluding a Distance Sale Agreement via the Store. Each person should familiarize themselves with the provisions of these Regulations before starting to use the Store’s services.
1.3. Placing orders in the Store is possible only if the Customer has an active e-mail account.
§ 2. Definitions
2.1. Consumer – a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not related to their professional or business activity.
2.2. Customer – any person or entity making a purchase in the Store.
2.3. Store – an online store run by the Seller at www.off-sense.com.
2.4. Distance agreement – an agreement concluded with the Customer via the sales system in the Store, without the physical presence of the parties, using means of distance communication.
2.5. Regulations – these Store regulations.
2.6. Order – a declaration of will of the Customer submitted using the order form, aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.
2.7. Account – an individual customer account in which personal data and order history are stored.
2.8. Product – a product available in the Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement.
2.9. Seller – Stanisław Niewiadomski, running a business, NIP: 7133117041, REGON: 521005965
2.10. Pre-Order – pre-sale of a product, in which the production of the ordered goods begins after the pre-sale ends, with the expected delivery date provided on the product page.
§ 3. Contact with the Store
3.1. Contact with the Store is possible via e-mail address: offsense.biuro@gmail.com or the contact form available in the “Contact” section on the Store website.
§ 4. Technical requirements
4.1. To use the Store’s services, you must have:
- a device with internet access,
- an active e-mail account,
- cookies enabled.
§ 5. General information
5.1. The Seller shall not be liable for disruptions in the operation of the Store resulting from force majeure, third party actions or incompatibility of the Customer’s technical systems with the Store’s infrastructure.
5.2. The prices of products in the Store are gross prices, i.e. they include VAT.
§ 6. Placing an order
6.1. To place an order, you must:
- select the Product,
- add it to the Cart,
- go to the order form and fill in the data necessary to complete the order (delivery address, invoice data, choice of delivery and payment method),
- confirm the order and make the payment in the selected method.
§ 7. Delivery and payment methods
7.1. The Customer can choose from the following delivery methods:

international shipping (InPost, DPD, UPS, DHL)
7.2. Available payment methods:

7.3. Online payments are handled by the payment service providers indicated above
§ 8. Execution of the sales agreement
8.1. The sales agreement is concluded after the Customer places an order and its confirmation by the Seller.
8.2. The product will be sent within the time specified in its description. In the case of ordering products with different delivery times, the longest of these times applies.
§ 9. Right to withdraw from the agreement
9.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
9.2. Returns of unpacked hygiene products, such as underwear, socks, masks and jewelry, are not possible.
9.3. The customer can return the product as described in ‘Returns and Complaints’ page.
§ 10. Complaints and warranty
10.1. The customer has the right to complain about purchased products in the event of a defect in the goods. The complaint can be filed as described in ‘Returns and Complaints’ page.
