How to return a product?

  1. Prepare a package – put in the package unused product you want to return, the order number and the gifts. Put your order number in any convenient for you way in the package. Don’t forget about the free gifts you received with the returned product. Gifts should only be returned if you are returning all the ordered products – if you want to keep at least one product, you can do the same with all the gifts apart from the certificate of quality and authenticity (card).

Please note that certificate of quality and authenticity (card) is always attached to the clothes inspired by quality collection. Always one card per one product. So for example if you order two pieces from clothes inspired by quality collection and you want to return one of them you should also return one card.

  1. Send the package – you can do it using any courier to the address: Mail Boxes ETC ul. Tarnowiecka 13 lok. U4B, 04-174 Warszawa, box no. 049 (box number is really important). The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
  2. Write an email – After sending the package to us, write to us an email at office@off-sense.com. In the title of the email please enter “Return” and enter the order number. That’s literally enough when it comes to the email.

Other information:

  • You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving the shipment
  • We only accept returns of new and unused products
  • The funds will be returned to the same account from which you made the purchase, you will receive the funds within 10 days of receiving the return shipment

Complaints

How to file a complaint?

You have the right to complain about the product within 2 years of receiving the shipment. If your product turned out to be defective, please contact us at office@off-sense.com. In the title of the email please enter “Complaint”, in the body of the email describe the defects and attach photos of the defective product.
